The AFR text edition is managed by Dr. Heike Renwrantz, supported by a circle of freelancers who have been working for the AFR for many years.

Studied Romance languages (French / Italian), German and literature in Hamburg, Paris (Sorbonne), Perugia and Genoa. Two years in the USA. Editor at Time-Life (Germany). Editor for special interest collections, translator of non-fiction books and freelance producer, especially for book publishers. In 1993 co-founder of AFR text edition in Hamburg, since 2022 solely responsible.
